ABOUT  TRAIN-BETTER

Hi - My name is Vince Luongo. I've participated in triathlons of all distances, adventure races and running races from 5k's to Marathons for many years and have gained a wealth of knowledge that I want to share.  I started Train-Better because I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through triathlon and running. I am a USAT certified coach and am here to  provide online training programs with specific and personalized feedback tailored to your needs, whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete. I strongly believe in living a healthy lifestyle through activity and fun, and will support you every step of the way and keep you accountable. Lets start with a no commitment 30 minute conversation to discuss your goals and explore what we can do together.
